The Hexagon: Color
This card
Below the name plate is a red hexagon. It shows this character’s Color: Red. Colors are part of the new Color System that starts with SD04 and BP09. Every character gets one of five Colors: Red, Blue, Purple, Yellow or Green. Older cards with no Color count as Colorless.
What Color does
A Color has no effect on its own. It matters when you pay a Boost Card’s cost, which you do by turning face down character cards stacked beneath your character through Level Up. A colored part of a cost needs a card of that Color; a Colorless part can be paid with any card. This card’s own effect also cares about Red: it triggers when you resolve a RED Boost, and can flip a RED card (see Rule Text).
